The Easter egg is yet another popular Easter icon. Eggs and Easter seem to have almost become synonymous with each other. The egg is a symbol of birth, rebirth, fertility and new life. This Easter, children in international classes colored and decorated the eggs, and they also made “Easter eggs” using rice. Thereafter, these eggs were eaten.

They all enjoyed these activities very much.

Drawing Eggs

On Monday afternoons, we brought some eggs into school and then cooked them. We put water into a pot, and waited for the water to boil. When the water had boiled, the eggs were gently dropped into the pan.

I made an Easter egg. I drew the popular cartoon character Baymax onto the egg. Some of my classmates drew many funny faces on the eggs. But some students broke their eggs by accident. What a pity!
